Real Affordability

Real Affordability is a data visualization strategy created for the nonprofit, Association of Neighbors and Housing Development. The project looks at New York City's New Housing Market Place Plan for affordable housing and breaks down the numbers of affordable units at the neighborhood level, begging the question; For whom is affordable housing actually affordable?
